Sam grew up in Abilene, Kansas. He came down to serve at Camp Pearl in Reeves, LA...and that is where he met his wife, Tammy. They were married, and he pursued ministry by attaining a degree from Southeastern Bible University in Alabama, where he also played college basketball. They moved back to Southwest Louisiana over 20 years ago, becoming Pastor of Dry Creek Bible shortly thereafter! Sam is such a light in our church and our community, and we are so thankful that God placed him here!
